Mr. Tejbah Gajraj Singh serves as the Chief Technical Officer of Keolis Hyderabad Metro Operations Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 41 years of distinguished experience in the railways and metro sectors. A graduate from NIT Nagpur and an accomplished gold medallist in M.Tech, he also holds advanced management qualifications, including a DBM and MBA. Mr. Singh’s career spans leadership roles in Electric Rolling Stock maintenance and operations (12 years), EMU maintenance and operations (6 years), and as Head of Electric Locomotive Maintenance in Indian Railways for 9 years. He has been instrumental in delivering complex railway electrification projects, including the commissioning of 23 traction substations for Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. over a traction Electrification work of 4500 Track Kilometers. Notably, he successfully completed the electrification of the Guntakal–Bellary section (200 km) in record time, earning national recognition and performance incentives for his team and contractors. At Keolis Hyderabad, Mr. Singh leads all technical functions, encampacing maintenance of metro assets, overhead Electrical lines, traction substation and power supply System, Signaling and Communication Systems, Automatic Fare collection System and electrical system reliability. His overall experience and expertise extends to project execution, multi-unit coordination, multisystem integration and implementing international best practices for urban rail transport systems. In addition to his role at Keolis Hyderabad, Mr. Singh he had also contributed as Chief Rolling Stock Engineer for the Gujarat Metro Surat Metro Project in his last stint. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Institution of Indian Railway Transport.
