He holds an M.Tech in Quality Management from BITS Pilani, along with postgraduate degrees in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Psychology, Operations Management, and Law. Additionally, he has earned multiple international and national certifications, including NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Specialist (CSS), and Certified Safety & Security Director (CSSD). Srinivas has played a vital role in establishing world-class safety, EHS, and quality systems in metro rail operations, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001.
