Mr. J. V. Adinarayana Rao is a seasoned finance leader with over three decades of rich experience in finance and accounts across diverse sectors. As General Manager – Finance & Accounts at Keolis Hyderabad, he is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, cost control, audits, and ensuring strong compliance with regulatory frameworks. He holds multiple academic and professional qualifications including Cost & Management Accounting (CMA), an MBA in Finance, and a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com). His deep understanding of financial operations is backed by hands-on experience in building and leading finance teams for both Indian conglomerates and multinational corporations (MNCs). Prior to joining Keolis, he has held senior roles at leading organizations such as Epsilon Carbon, Forkardt  and ITW, where he played a pivotal role in setting up end-to-end finance and control systems, managing project costing, and leading strategic financial planning initiatives.
