7.1 For all the grievances at HMR we have Mrs. Sowmya Iyyer as ‘Grievance Officer’ who may be contacted at info@keolishyderabad.com. If you have any questions, suggestions, or wish to make a complaint against any person acting in violation of the above rules, the Grievance Officer must be first contacted by sending an email detailing the same. The Grievance Officer shall redress the complaints within one month from the date of receipt of such complaint.
