ERIC MOINIER

Managing Director (MD)

Eric has occupied several positions with managing responsibilities within international groups (Keolis, TDF, France Telecom) before taking the Managing Director role of Keolis in Hyderabad. Well versed in all kind of support functions: Finance (accounting, taxation, budgeting, reporting, cash & financing), Procurement as well Human Resources and IT, he has occupied roles in different environments and countries, which make him used to integrate in new environments, in particular:

India (2013 to 2016): CFO of Keolis Hyderabad with particular involvement on contractual matters, IT and legal. Interface with Group to ensure efficient roll-out of Best practices.

France (2012 to 2013): Director of Group Controlling and Consolidation of the TDF Group, notably in charge of monitoring governance rules applied to all Clients Offers and Investments.

Hungary (2007 to 2012): CFO and Board member of a €100 M (INR7 Bn) revenue subsidiary of TDF Group, also supervising Procurement and IT, in a context of turnaround, major tenders and M&A activities.

Sweden (2005 to 2007): Involved in bus fleet financing and CAPEX plan optimization.

Spain (1999 to 2003): participated in the creation of a subsidiary of France Telecom in Spain, having the responsibility to hire the team and set up the financing (syndicated loan of EUR 40M).

Favorite hobbies include running, cycling, tennis, reading and spending time with his family.

SANJAY JAIN

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Sanjay Jain joined Keolis Hyderabad on 15th July 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Keolis Hyderabad, he was DGM - Stations with Metro One Operation Pvt. Ltd.,  a joint venture of Veolia Transdev and Reliance group for O&M activity in Mumbai. He as associated with Mumbai Metro from 27th September 2010. He got Operations Training for two and half month in Seoul Line 9 in South Korea (Operated by Veolia).

Before joining Mumbai Metro on 27th September 2010, he has also working for Indian Rainways in Operations team from March 1987 to September 2010. During this period he was part of DMRC project as Group Station manager from January 2002 to March 2007. He was the member of Core team for Operations and nominated for Metro operations training in MTR Hong Kong for two and half months. He comes with a vast experience in Rainway and Metro Rain Operations for thirty years.

Laurent Castel

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Laurent had several positions with technical and management responsibilities in railways and has competencies in the related fields: railways engineering, project management, maintenance, workshop organization and management, performance management.

Laurent Castel also had different experiences in multi-cultural projects: in Spain at Renault car maker, at SNCF (French Railways) in European projects with partners from different countries and organization (laboratories, railways, manufacturers,…) and more recently at SNCF rolling stock engineering centre (CIM), working in projects with German, Swedish, Americans, English, managing a team working as CE for projects and T&C activities.

He also managed a workshop repair facility with 900 employees and later was managing director of a depot with 240 employees in the French Alps.

 

SRINIVAS DUDUKA

Chief Quality Health Safety Environment Officer (CQHSEO)

Srinivas Duduka has joined KEOLIS group on June 01, 2015. Prior to joining KEOLIS, he has spent his career with leading Chemical & FMCG companies which includes BASF, KANSAI, Goodlas Nerolac and Asian Paints, who has worked at various geographies.

Srinivas comes with an experience of 20 years and above, who has expertised in SAFETY (Process & Behavioral), EHS (ISO 14001), OHSAS 18001, Total Quality Management (TS 16949 : ISO 9001), Responsible Care Management System, TPM, BSC, Production Planning, Vendor Management and Lean Methodology � Six Sigma Project implementation.

He holds a Post Graduation in Inorganic Chemistry (M.Sc) and Business Management (Specialization in Operations Management).

AMBATI SREENU

Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Ambati Sreenu joined Keolis Hyderabad as CHRO in May 2016. Previously, he was Head HR & Administration for MAS-GMR Aero Technic Ltd*. a joint venture of Malaysia Airlines System & GMR Group at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad; to establish an Aircraft MRO [Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul] for Airbus-320, ATR-42/72, Boeing-737 & Bombardier Q-400. Sreenu joined the company at the startup phase & was responsible for HR strategy & its implementation for manpower recruitment & setting of HR systems & processes.

Earlier, Sreenu was associated with ING Life Insurance & TNT India at Bangalore; PricewaterhouseCoopers & Essar Cellphone* (now Vodafone) at New Delhi.

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from MITS, Gwalior & post-graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences [TISS], Bombay.

Sreenu acquired expertise in implementation of Balanced Business Scorecard; Statutory compliances, Compensation & Benefits management & establishing HR policies & systems in startup* organizations. He possess exposure in Mobile telephony, Management consultancy, Logistics, Insurance, Aviation & Cement industry.

KRISHNA M JONNALAGADDA

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Krishna M Jonnalagadda has joined Keolis Hyderabad on February 15, 2017 as CFO.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification with over 20 years of experience from various Multi-National Companies and which includes industries like Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Infrastructure.

Prior to joining Keolis, Krishna was heading Finance and Secretarial functions at Harsco India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. Harsco India is a group Company of Harsco Corporation,USA dealing with Metals and Railways industry based out of Pittsburgh, PA. In Harsco, he was instrumental in concluding long term contracts with Steel giants in India such as JSW, JSL, Essar Steel.

His core strengths are corporate debt structuring, business valuations, internal controls, implementation of ERP, designing and setting up systems and procedures etc.
